Course materials include faculty fees and a training binder with presentation handouts and scenarios.  Only registrations accompanied by payment (check\, money order\, or credit card information) will be accepted.  Confirmations will be sent within three (3) business days\, along with an invoice\, which needs to be paid before the posted deadline.  All fees must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the course.  Failure to provide payment by the deadline will result in loss of course participation.  Credit cards will not be processed until at minimum\, two weeks prior to the course date.
